Key Responsibilities

1. Team & Operational Support

• Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the NDC/API and GroupRM teams.
• Assist in resource planning, workload distribution, and monitoring team output.
• Contribute to team productivity by taking on operational tasks and supporting the achievement of departmental goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring members remain motivated and engaged.

2. NDC/API Channel Management

• Support the execution of strategies to grow sales via online distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and distribution partners, providing timely support and guidance.
• Identify new commercial or technical opportunities that enhance channel performance.
• Ensure API partner issues are addressed within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and overseas offices to maximise B2B distribution opportunities.
• Meet project timelines and deliverables as assigned by the Manager.

3. NDC/API Capability Enhancement

• Drive improvements to NDC/API channels through system upgrades and technical enhancements.
• Support the development and distribution of ancillary products on partner platforms to drive incremental revenue.
• Execute capability delivery activities assigned by the Manager.

4. NDC/API Channel Stability

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise API channel performance both internally and externally.
• Work with partners to refine processes such as L2B handling, session management, and HTTP compression.
• Ensure API uptime performance of at least 90% monthly (excluding scheduled maintenance and upgrades).
• Escalate or resolve issues as assigned.

5. GroupRM Product Support

• Assist in managing GroupRM product milestones and deliverables.
• Support the development of product strategy and roadmap based on business needs, market trends, and customer insights.
• Work with Sales to craft product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Help communicate product value and drive adoption across internal and external stakeholders.

6. Cost & Vendor Management

• Monitor vendor hours for project work and incident resolution to ensure value, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Support the Manager in evaluating vendor performance when needed.

Key Requirements



• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• High analytical and problem solving skills.
